- Aswan Museum
The first museum is Aswan museum on the other side of the Nile, which was a house the old dam engineer and transferred into museum in 1912. Recently, German expedition constructed the Annex which includes some pieces of the Elephantine Island.
- Sculptures Museum
As a result of the International Sculpture Symposium that is holding every winter, the Ministry of Culture decides to establish open air museum in Shalal area. This open air museum attracts many visitors who wandering around the granite master pieces.
